ADULT PARENT DEATH LOSS
1st & 3rd MONDAY EVENINGS || 1st & 3rd WEDNESDAY EVENINGS
Members of this group have experienced the death loss of a parent or caregiver. Group participants are often at different stages in their grief journey, and shared experiences help foster connection during a difficult time of loss. Each meeting starts with a candle lighting and relaxation, followed by discussion on the common emotions and hardships experienced in grief. We strive to balance grief work and restorative work, helping members leave with a sense of hope for their future, and healing through relationships.
Size of the group: Generally 8-12 members.
Facilitated by two trained volunteer facilitators.
