Join us for an afternoon of enlightenment and learning

In this Brown Bag presentation, will explore how social media has influenced the way we grieve. Attendees will gain a basic knowledge of the tasks of grieving for adults and adolescents, as well as understand how they can support clients or loved ones who use social media and the internet to process grief and mourn.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Rachel Saffer, LMSW has been a therapist at The Austin Center for Grief and Loss for 2 years. She has experience in providing counseling to adults, teenagers and children who have experienced significant trauma in both group and individual settings. She believes in providing every client with a welcoming and safe environment so that they can work towards healing on their own terms.
